This is a nice and spacious property just a few steps from the beach. The house is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The check in process is quick and easy. Would recommend for a family stay.

Great location
The location was amazing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t take advantage of the area as much as we wanted to. I’d highly recommend this place when the weather is sunny as the beach is literally right out the front door. The only thing that was hard was no dishwasher and not very stocked with dishes/pots and pans/kitchen items. If I stay there again, I would need to bring some of my own items as we cooked most of our meals.

Been staying here for decades. Love it so much I don't want to share. It's truly a gem of a place. Perfect location close to the pier but not right on top of it. The apartment is clean and nicely taken care of. two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, perfect for friends or a family.

Amazing Find in Pismo
Amazing find in Pismo Beach, literally a few steps away from the beach. Very clean and easy to access. Didn't have any problems finding street parking. Overall would highly recommend!

Golden Memories
This was a terrific place to relax and “rejuvenate” as our parents would say. And what perfect way to prove that true than by bringing our parents who are in their golden age and aren’t able to travel anymore. They loved every detail and accommodation/amenities provided in our rental. Having the beach and restaurants within walking distance was perfect for them. Waking up to an ocean view and sounds while enjoying their coffee reminded them of their many beach travels over the years. This was their fountain of youth and cannot wait to come back and enjoy!

Great Location!
We come to Pismo often and usually stay next door, at the Sandcastle. We have always wanted to try out the condo and we had a bigger group this time, so we went for it! The beds in the bedrooms are sooo comfy. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. The sofa bed in the living room isn’t comfy, but I didn’t expect it to be. However, I did not like that the mattress cover for the sofa bed was all shredded up and looked like a dog had clawed at it. Mattress covers are inexpensive, so idk why that hasn’t been replaced by now. The kitchen could’ve used better cleaning also, we had to clean over what the professional cleaning people did, for it to be to our standards to use the kitchen. Other than those minor things, we had a beautiful stay and would love to stay again!!! The condo actually looked better than the pictures. We would recommend this property for sure. We love pismo!
