Great location only 6 min walk to the beach. We were able to grab our surfboards and walk right over. The property was a perfect size place and decorated well. Management was quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Pismo for presidents holiday
My family and I choose this location as it looked very welcoming in the pictures and was close to the beach and pier. The check in was easy, the property manager was accessible and sent check in details in advance which was great, and the property was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice weekend getaway.

We traveled to Pismo Beach for a family wedding and had a wonderful visit. We loved the Pismo Beach area, and this condo was good for us. It was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and the location perfect to activities, the beach, and the wedding venue at the White Barn in Edna Valley. We had other family in another condo in this building so its great for family gatherings needing more space.

Lovely location, easy to get to from 101. Quiet area-even though all units were rented, felt like a private place, no noise. A beautiful walk to the beach and all around downtown Pismo. When I get a chance to return to Pismo, this will be the first place I will check availability.

Amazing Pismo Rental
We absolutely loved this place! Perfect for our small family. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Super clean, great amenities, and comfortable beds. No air conditioning, but luckily the weather was mild when we were there. I wouldn’t say that the description of being one block away from the beach is accurate, but it is a very short walk! Can’t wait to book here again!

Relax close to the food and the beach
The Property is located perfectly for a family wanting to dine out and be close to the beach. The condo is fully equipped if you want to stay home and cook. It is nicely decorated but is easy to keep clean. Instructions on how to use all of the TVs would be nice, but we really didn't spend much time needing a TV for entertainment!
