Perfectly positioned within sight of the Pacific Ocean and mere blocks from the beach and the pier, this condo offers a large balcony with a grill, a full kitchen and dining area, and an open living room. You'll even have two TVs, cable service, Netflix/Hulu streaming, and a DVD player for lazy afternoons and relaxing evenings.

This condo sits in a quiet complex in the heart of Pismo Beach, only three blocks' walk from the ocean beach and the Pismo Beach Pier. Spend your afternoons and evenings strolling to nearby shops and restaurants, or head over to Mary Harrington Park (a quarter-mile south) to play horseshoes. You can also hike through the Pismo Preserve (two miles north) to get a fantastic view of the ocean or take a trip to the famous Monarch Butterfly Grove (one mile south).

Pickleball enthusiasts will love the courts at Pismo Beach Athletic Club, which is less than a mile north of your vacation home. Buy a punch card and play to your heart's extent. Alternatively, use the courts four miles north in Shell Beach near Palisades Park or four miles east in Arroyo Grande at Arroyo Grande Recreation Center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
