"We had an amazing time at this residence, it was the perfect little getaway place! I liked how close it was to the Embarcadero shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the Morro Bay Rock. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation from our host - it made it so much easier to find good restaurants. We'd stay here again for sure if we're up this way again. Thank you!!"

"This beautiful unit features what seems to be a newly renovated apartment. The kitchen has great appliances that are well taken care of and maintained. This property doesnt have travel necessities like shampoo, bath soap and a hair dryer, but they provide fresh towels, extra blankets and pillows. And Walmart is just 2 exits away. The location was so convenient that you could walk everywhere. We drove in so we had a car but we didnt need it. We hope to stay here again!"

"Upon arriving- smelled like an abandoned house, the floors were oddly sticky, dirty bath towels sitting on top of the washer, food bits in the sink, toilet doesn't properly flush. Pillows smelled like actual scalp, the only redeeming part is bed was decent, and there are televisions. Everything just felt incredibly unclean. Unfortunately deceiving listing. The first and only correspondence between myself and the renter was her commenting on my "last minute booking" after she was unable to...

"We stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful time. Our son is stationed at Vandenberg Space Force Base so this was a perfect location. We were easily able to visit the base, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Lompoc (where we were able to see a Space X launch), and a beautiful drive up to see the beaches along Hwy 1.It was a special surprise also to see that nearby is an airport they had a V-22 Osprey doing drills. "Thoroughly enjoyed our week with our grandkids at your condo. Now a Tradition!! Perfectly situated for morning beach walk to donuts or cinnamon rolls and playtime on the beach! The Condo is well equipped...Thank You!! But could use a few more potholders in the kitchen and hooks for towels in the bathroom with the shower. Thank You again for memories made!!"
