Nestled along Boylston Creek, this recently built home includes two living areas, two garages, upscale furnishings and decor, an entertainers deck with serene views, and a dedicated play area for the kids in your group.

Venture out to explore a plethora of nearby outdoor adventures, including hiking, biking, rafting, tubing, and fishing. For culture and cuisine, head to Brevard, Hendersonville, or take a day trip to Asheville. Return home for a cookout on the grill and to dine alfresco on the deck.

Unwind into vacation mode on the two sofas in the living area, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings. When the sun sets, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to stream favorite shows on the 100” smart TV. The lower-level bonus living area comes with theater-style seating for four and a smart TV.

Let your culinary skills shine in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for three. Gather for fresh cuisine around the six-person dining table.

This vacation rental accommodates 10 guests between four bedrooms and four extra-long built-in twin beds in the loft. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and a walk-in shower featuring a double showerhead.

The second and third bedrooms each feature a full bed and a TV. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and a TV. The two guest bathrooms are each configured with a tub/shower combination.

Awesome place!
The place was great, close to downtown Brevard, close to a ton of hiking (Pisgah national forest), smart TVs in every room, internet was fast, had cell service, very clean and felt very new. Only small downside is there was no cable/satellite and we had to sign into our own app accounts to watch tv which was fine for us but could be a surprise for people that don’t have those and just looking to watch tv.

Amazing Family Accomodations
Our family of five loved our stay at Chateau Boylston! We enjoyed grilling and eating meals on the upper patio with its beautiful surroundings. The home was very spacious with three levels to find a quiet space to relax. The home itself felt very new and luxurious with many extra amenities and was impeccably clean. The location was a convenient drive to Pisgah National Forest and downtown Brevard. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a walk in the woods and time in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again!

The location is very convenient, yet still quiet and peaceful. The house has enough areas for families to be together, but also separate into smaller groups for activities. We had a truly blessed time with family for my husband’s 80th birthday. I would definitely consider renting it again.

Beautiful Home, Premium Location, No Fire Pit
House is modern and beautiful, with tons of room and sleeping options on 3 floors (loft, main floor, and basement) along with great storage and parking in two separate large garages. Located just minutes from the Pisgah Natl Forest, you cannot find a more premium location for hiking, or mountain biking enthusiasts. Only minor complaints from our stay, the coffee pot was broken, the kitchen faucet was coming apart, and it wasn't obvious how and where to access all the remote controls for garage doors, lights, fans, TVs (literally everything has a separate remote). Finally, there is no outdoor fire pit despite plenty of backyard room and you aren't allowed to bring your own fire pit (e.g. solostove) which was a minor bummer considering sitting outside by the fire is desirable for us (and many others) who enjoy this area.

Absolute perfection
This house is incredible and meticulously clean! Our family had such a fantastic stay here and really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. Our four kids thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor play area. The backyard is completely private and the porches are amazing for relaxing and taking in the views of nature. I just can’t say enough about this property. We can’t wait to return and stay longer next time!

great mountain escape
we came up to enjoy a weekend exploring downtown hendersonville and some tubing at moonshine mtn. house was a very convenient location. it was absolutely immaculate with great beds, a cool kids area under the deck and a very nice screen porch. my only complaint would be the bunk room needs a heavy curtain hung to cut down on noise. if kids sleep up there, adults can’t enjoy the main level after bed time. the great room, kitchen and dining area are nice and open with comfortable couches and gas fireplace. definitely will stay again next time we visit if the bunk room has a way to be closed off.

Awesome place for a family gathering
Loved it! My family and a couple of friends and children stayed here for a wedding a few miles away in Hendersonville. As the groom's mother, I hosted a welcome dinner there that was truly special. Thank you for providing us a wonderful place for a special event. It did take us a little while to find the on/off switch for the ice maker. But, the property had ample supplies of cooking pans and serving dishes. We loved the double oven for cooking multiple dishes at multiple times. We loved the flashlights by the bedside table. We loved the big garages for storing our cars when having guests over. leaving lots of parking out front for the guests. The fireplace was great. The bunks for the children were perfect! Overall, it was a truly wonderful home for everything we needed this week. . Thank you!
