"The hotel is not marked "Grandhotel Sluchátko" but "Zámecký hotel" what makes problem to find it. We passed by several times, before the idea came to ask the staff where the Grandhotel Sluchátko is located. The hotel is in reasonable condition, but the tasteless colorful spray-painted graffiti in parts of the interior negative interfere with the ancient atmosphere, and also some of the hanging paintings do not fit the style of the majority. We slept well. No TV in our room. Good parking. Staff o.k."

"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. Even though the hotel advertised free parking, the hotel car park was full. We had to use paid parking for 24 hours (100 CZK). No fridge in the room. Don't stay in room 116. You'll hear every single drunk using the stairs at 2 a.m. and every mum yelling at kids to be careful on the stairs on the way to breakfast. The breakfast was OK. There were plenty of options to pick from: fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, etc. The restaurant's staff was extremely nice to us. "
