"This property is in need of some love. There are several things that need looking at. The outer door doesn’t work, as in it doesn’t lock. The furniture is old and dirty. We didn’t sit on the couch or a chair so bad there is a blanket draped on it to hide the dirt. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The floor was dirty with loose tiles. Not a place we can recommend."

Unfortunately, the apartment and kitchen was a bit dirty, and the description mentioned there was a hot tub which there wasn't... "We enjoyed the stay at this property. It is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from Pisa’s main square. There is a cute sitting area outside that is quiet and relaxing. The host uses WhatsApp to communicate, but was very quick to respond and helpful with all questions. The only issue with this property is the parking. Locating a space nearby was challenging. The free parking lot is a 20 minute walk and not feasible for bringing luggage. Street parking is extremely limited and metered...

Second the permitted parking was worth every cent, again steps from front door. The property also featured a washer that was put to use during our 4 days.
