Directly on the sandy beach, listed private facility, large terrace / balcony with stunning panoramic sea views (sunset!)   Apartment 61 / approx. 102 sqm on 2.5 levels / for up to 4-6 persons / from private for private / very high quality equipped 3 bedrooms (1 of them inside), living-dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath, toilet with shower , large terrace (balcony), air conditioning, a reserved parking space within the complex bakery right in front of the house, small supermarket and ice cream parlor across the street, numerous beach bars with deck chair / parasol service and a great sandy beach 2 very beautiful golf courses (9-hole, 18-hole) are in 5-10 minutes distance Internet (DSL) over WLAN / LANReisezeitraum always from Saturday to Saturday.

Appartement agréable mais avec quelques défauts

Appartement agréable. Très bien situé avec parking privé. Quelques défauts cependant : -Vis à vis très gênant sur la terrasse avec les voisins ( pas de brise-vue) -Pas de four à micro-ondes -Une seule télécommande de climatisation pour tout l'appartement -Pas de volet ni rideaux aux fenêtres des chambres.

Perfect accommodation at a beautiful beach.

This apartment offers all you need near a beautiful sandy beach in Tuscany. Lovely restaurants in the neighborhood and a small supermarket nearby. The apartment is a central point for many known tourist places in Tuscany. This apartment is highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Strand gelegen. 2 Parkplätze in Sichtweite des Apartments sind vorhanden, dort kann das Fahrzeug sicher abgestellt werden. Ein Balkon mit Markise, Tisch und 6 Stühlen laden zum Essen im Freien ein. Insgesamt haben wir dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.
