Views of St Brelade Bay from the balcony are amazing. Food was delicious and filing. Room was so comfortable and clean. WiFi speed was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. "Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."

"We used Granville as our hub to explore the Normandy area in France. We rented a car and stayed at Hotel des Bains for five nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our adult son along so we book the "Superior Family Room side sea view" which was excellent. Our son had his own area with a privacy curtain. Our balcony looked over the sea. We had a great stay."

"Great customer service and a lovely convenient location. Overall the hotel is a lovely environment. However, the bathroom had a very old green suite with a rusty plug hole and a not very nice white shower curtain. The bed seemed very small and the quilt cover was not adequate in size, for two people. There were no water bottles to use to boil water for making tea, so the only water to make tea with, was the bathroom water!!! Thank you for your great customer service, much appreciated "
