Find All-inclusive Hotel in Pirin Mountains

"Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)"

"Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. "

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. "

"Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "
