"The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very basic. We liked the balcony. The hot tub did not seem fully hot and super clean so we skipped that. The continental breakfast was pleasant and there is a nice outdoor sitting area on the third floor next to the breakfast area."

"Let's start with the staff, rude, not friendly and didn't like at all that I had find a better price at hotels.com and made my reservation through the app and not directly with the hotel. The hotel is old, outdated and inside the room we found that the door doesn't lock properly. They make you leave your key at the front desk without anyone monitoring it and anyone can grab your key from the counter and see the actual room number on the key tag and access the room. "Estaría excelente, los chicos y chicas de recepción muy atentos, tienen servicios que no publican como préstamos de indumentarias para la playa gratis (sillas, sombrillas) uso gratuito de bicicletas, si bien la piscina climatizada tiene horario igual la.puedes pedir en horario libres distintos al que tú seleccionas, la limpieza es muy buena. Al menos en mi cabaña todo estaba muyyyy limpio, buena cama, buenas almohadas que también es importante para mí. "

"They place is confortable enough, the location is great, just about a block from the beach. Our apartment had a distinct smell from the sink, candles needed.... Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation."
