Le Clos du Ravy is an independent cottage located in the Petite Cité de Caractère of Piriac, in the quiet of a typical village, 800 m from the sea and 300 m from an aquatic center. Enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 250 m² (private parking).
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed 140x190) with open fitted kitchen, separate toilet, storeroom with shower room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: radio/CD, DVD player, complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity.
Not included: electric heating (11€ per day mandatory from October 15 to April 30), sheets (10€ per person/stay), towels (10€ per person/stay) and tourist tax. Animal: 10€ per day (deposit 200€).
