Le Clos de Kervin is a renovated, semi-detached traditional house located in the small, typical village of Kervin in Piriac-sur-Mer, in a quiet and relaxing setting, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from shops, and 12 km from Guérande.
2 enclosed courtyards: one of 45 m² (south-facing) + one of 17 m² (north-facing), with parking available. Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 2 80x190 cm beds + 80x190 cm extra bed for a child).
Additional amenities: freezer, high chair/baby bath, stereo system, DVD player.
Included: firewood. Not included: Electric heating, bed linens, towels, and tourist tax.
Small pets allowed (upon request) €100 deposit.

Balade dans la ville médiévale a Guérande puis visite de l aquarium au Croisic et balade a calèche et en barque au marais de la Brière et petit marché a Piriac très sympa
