"I’ve been coming to Ordu since 2008 and I stayed in other hotels but this hotel by far is the best the spacious room excellent breakfast reasonable price very clean very nice and friendly staff especially Mr. Alperen I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"It was wonderful to realize that I do not need to search for a restaurant in order to have dinner with my mother. We have a lovely dinner on-site. It was fresh, and delicious. The administration was friendly, and did all for making sure that the communication is well received. Even though the receptionist did not talk English, we used Google Translate with audio messaging that made our communication super easy."

"The rooms had an amazing view of the black sea, and it was pretty big. However, although they were non-smoking rooms, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The A/C was not activated yet and we had to leave the window open to cool down the room, and this allowed more cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The was only a half roll of toilet paper and one pillow per person. These items should come in twos. The desk person was fantastic and provided good tips for things to see in town. "
