"The check in was super easy and the property was gorgeous and newly renovated. The hot tub was easy to use and was amazing after a long day of running around. The owner was super attentive. Would definitely stay at the property again "

"This rental was perfect for my family for the week of Thanksgiving. It was clean, roomie enough for all, great location, and just perfect for our stay. The host was very accommodating and whatever we needed, was there. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you, Rah and neighbors for a great stay! "

"The carpet had caked in mud and stains. The chairs did too. Holes in some of the doors. Front door did not latch. Property is not well managed or cared for. We did not feel comfortable enough to allow our infant to crawl on the floor. Owner needs to pay closer attention. Also, fire alarm went off forcing a temporary evacuation. Would not reccomend."

"We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!"

Pre-stay communication and check-in was seamless and appreciated the recs for local markets and restaurants. Place was immaculate and other reviews not kidding - beds were SO comfortable! Probably the best we’ve had in any rental. Note this is a ground floor unit - if that makes a difference to you. And it is sparse - only got 4 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths.
