"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing... the physical structure is stunning... the view is even better! Our gracious hosts were so accommodating and very easy to communicate with... Stefano and his lovely wife actually "rescued" us when we got lost on the very first day of our arrival. Long story but with an amusing ending. Located near many touristy sites... Perugia... Assisi... Spoleto and of course the nearby village... Spello. We enjoyed the solitude and the panoramic view.. a perfect balance. Excellent value for the money... Thank you again Stefano."

"We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."
