"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. "These apartments are mostly clean and adequate for a ski trip if skiing is your main purpose. Great ski in ski out location. Don't come here if you are a non skier as there is nothing to do other than the pool. The adjoining (and only) restaurant was nice if a little pricey. The receptionist was very friendly too; (I only ever saw one - she must be so overworked!!) The apartments are clean enough as long as you don't look too closely, but they are very small and I would hate to have been with...

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. "Had not been informed that this is more of an apartment rental than a hotel, and arrived at 10pm to find reception had closed at 8pm- there had been no warning of any closing times! Fortunately our apartment had been left open for us, but there were no sheets on any of the beds!
