"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. "The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "

"Beautiful setting, gorgeous view of the city and natural landscape, great breakfast, modern room. Excellent facilities and I would recommend it. I Did not give it a 5 star primarily because of the lack of soundproof walls and presence of smoking fumes around property which came into the room . I could hear everything that went on both rooms next to me as it they were inside my room until late at night. And although the hotel room was non-smoking, I open the door to the balcony hoping to take in...

"off peak season, so grateful for letting me check in at 8am. Great value for the price, room is spacious for solo backpackers, nice mountain view Toilet is clean, bed sheets and blanket are clean but a bit old Breakfast is fine for early birds, Super convenient with both train station and bus stops around, had a really nice time."

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

""Excellent Staff, peaceful beautiful scenic location" The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. Their friendliness and helpfulness were outstanding. Upon our arrival, the internal road leading to the hotel was completely covered in snow. The staff went above and beyond their duties by assisting us in clearing the path, ensuring we could safely reach the hotel. Their hospitality was deeply appreciated. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. Note for Owner: While the staff were fantastic, ensuring a clear route to the hotel for guests arriving by car, especially during winter months will be helpful."

"Nice location with amazing view. House is big and comfortable, we've spent lovely time with family and friends. Few minutes to drive to the shops or skiing slopes. Communication with the owner was excellent, all details needed received in time with precision."
