This property is built inside of water park and other entertainments, like fitness center and other sporty activities. It is the best hotel in the neiborhood. Highly recommend!

An oasis in the middle of a beautiful floodplain
This large hotel is part of a water park, as a 60+ year old it was great fun joining the kids on the water slides and games, at 5:30 PM park was closed and it was pleasantly quiet. Safe parking, no restaurant after park closes, good breakfast, and the owner is a genius , an oasis in the middle of nowhere , surrounded by a flood plain full of water buffaloes

Não foi muito boa. Começando pelo check in que tive que pagar novamente, pois não aceitaram o pagamento efetuado via hoteis.com, portanto paguei em duplicidade e a hoteis.com ainda não resolveu essa pendencia. Vários hóspedes reclamando do mau cheiro em alguns apartamentos.

Elevador quebrado, café da manhã não compatível com um hotel desse porte e pedi a troca de duas toalhas que estavam com um fedor horrível.

Precisa melhorar !
Falta apenas atenção do dono para prover conforto em coisas simples, tipo: chuveiro instalado mas nao funciona (em vários dormitórios)e a ducha higiênica também não funciona, TV instalada mas não funciona (em todos os dormitorios!), falta uma mesinha com cadeira onde possa ser usado um computador ou feira uma REFEICAO, armário sem cabides, recepção sem água para vender, apenas salgadinhos, … observei o funcionário q prove o café da manhã durante o manuseio dos alimentos e sugiro te-treiná-lo quanto à higiene, orientando-o e fornecendo luvas por exemplo para não tocar os alimentos com as mãos logo após mexer con seu celular … o café da manhã precisa melhorar em qualidade e metodologia de manuseio … São problemas recorrentes, assim como o elevador já não funciona há mais de seis meses … O porte do hotel é bom mas falta atenção por parte da administração para q as coisas funcionem da forma adequada q é o mínimo q se espera …

Banheiro espaçoso. Mas chuveiro elétrico e ducha higiênica não funcionam.

Podia ser melhor ! Um pouco mais de atenção !
O porte do hotel é bom e é seguro, porém, falta atenção ao detalhes: não tinha sabonete, só um tubinho de shampoo, somente uma toalha de banho , não havia toalha de rostro, não há cadeira para sentar ou mesinha para apoiar um computador, TV não sintonizava canal algum, no banheiro um rolo pela Metade de papel higiênico e, por último, o elevador não funciona já há seis meses … café da manhã muito espartano. Fritam ovo com margarina ! Cadê a atenção para a saúde ?
