"Bedding and towels and toilet roll not replaced, only one pillow each and never anyone on the desk, you had to call a number to contact anyone. Over all it was clean and very well priced. No kettle or iron or hairdryer and shower gel provided was empty, smallest shower I’ve ever seen but good water pressure. "

"Beautiful property, great breakfast. Our stay was spoilt be being asked by the owner to check out two hours earlier than advertised, ie at 10am, so beware if you are checking out on Sunday. We felt we had no choice but to comply - it should not have been like that. In the rush to vacate our rooms we forgot we had to pay cash, rather than the credit card details given on booking. "Beautiful renovated palace. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice staff. Only complaint is you hear everything from the hallway, but it was still quiet at night while we were there."
