"This was a nice property very close to the beach. The owner was super nice and involved. He showed us around and showed us where to eat in the area. The only downside was the shower which had salty water so when you showered it was like showering with ocean water. "

"Hemos estado muy agusto en el hotel Amani, un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y familiar. Ana nos ha tratado muy bien, los empleados simpáticos, los desayunos excelentes. El lugar está en segunda línea de playa. Hay contraste entre las primeras líneas de playa para turismo y lujo y luego con el resto de las viviendas de la gente que vive allí, pero es un lugar seguro y no hay problemas en la zona. Gracias Ana, ha sido el lugar donde más hemos desconectado!"

"Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, place is clean, pools great and in a good location with access to the hotels beach area with lounges. Breakfast was also great, very fresh. Only thing was the bed in our room was extremely hard."

"Fantastisk hytte på en skøn strand lige ved The Rock. Dog på øst siden så meget lavvande størstedelen af dagen. Smuk solopgang . Servering af mad på terassen både morgen og efter bestilling . Den lokale mad var god men fx burger ikke pengene værd. Fornuftige priser både på mad og drikke . Fantastiske restauranter langs stranden (bedre og billigere end The Rock) Virkelig sød og hjælpsom personale 😊 Strømmen gik hver dag og sengen var ikke så komfortabel - men vi kommer igen !"

Paradiso terrestre (quando la mare è alta)

"Posto incantevole. Tenuto benissimo. Strada super dissestata per arrivarci, diciamo non in linea con un 5 stelle. Personale super gentile e cortese. Fanno del loro meglio. Migliorerei gli eventi serali. Quantomeno ne garantirei almeno uno al giorno. Consiglio vivamente. Attenzione. Impossibile fare il baglio la mattina a casina della bassa marea."

"The hotel is well staffed and are always happy to help. The hotel and accommodation is very clean and is constantly kept clean. The pools are warm and relaxing. The Masai on the beach are warm and welcoming but can be a little full on at times, but hotel security are great at moving them along if you want to be left alone. The food and entertainment are fabulous and range if all inclusive drinks are great. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and food. I never go back to the same hotel, but this is one I would consider returning back to. "

"Fun resort with many different daily activities for families. Set on the fantastic east coast of Zanzibar, Diamonds Mapenzi gives you access to a beautiful beach with warm water and sports (additional charge). Food tasted good and staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Would stay here again "
