Relaxation at its finest! Get away in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage on Boone Lake! Home includes an amazing outdoor living space with places to relax or enjoy a meal on the patio or in the screened in dining area. Also outside is a hammock and several lounge chairs overlooking the lake. You can also access the home by car or boat with access to drive up to the dock on Boone Lake! Inside you will find two bedrooms downstairs each with their own bathroom and upstairs is two bedrooms with a bath.

There is a hot tub overlooking the lake plus a fire pit with roasting sticks for s'mores. You can access the home by car or boat- drive up to the dock on Boone Lake! Inside you will find a primary bedroom on the main level with a full bath that overlooks the lake and a 2nd bedroom with full bathroom across the hall. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a full bath. Enjoy sunrise views over the lake from the back of the home and sunsets over the lake at the front of the home. Wildlife abounds at the cottage! Bring your fishing poles because fishing is great from the dock! The home is located on the main portion of Boone lake where the South Holston River meets the lake. Striped Bass and Striper abound as well as bluegill, catfish and trout! Borrow our kayaks to take a 5 minute trip over to Boonies at Davis Marina for a wonderful meal or explore the rock cliffs on the sound. The home is 12 minutes from Bristol motor speedway, 15 minutes from the Casino in Bristol and is centrally located within a 15-20 minute drive to Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol. Pontoon boat rental is available nearby. Boone lake drops 20 feet from approximately October through April (full usually between Memorial Day and Labor Day). The floating dock is in the lake year round.

The home is located in the Summer Sound area of Piney Flats on Boone Lake.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
