"We had a great stay - the house was great for 2 couples. The only negative was the leaking shower in the master but the owners are aware of it and have a sign up. The lake was so serene and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked the layout of the house."

"Please check your backyard fencing. Staying on public sidewalk facing the front door, the front right corner of the fence was down. My dogs found their way out. Could you please add a few wine glasses to your kitchen supplies? Would you consider added a couple of chairs and table to the backyard? The backyard is a great place to sit and enjoy a late afternoon. Thank you"

"We've been going to the Charlotte area for a decade or so to visit family. We are not "city folk" so we try to stay out of the big city as much as possible. Because of that, this place is a perfect location. The cottage is in the charming little city of Belmont and sits back a bit from the road to provide a little more privacy. We love the fact that within a mile or two there are lots of great places to eat, shop, and go walking. We loved going to Lofton Riverfront Park and watching the...
