"This property is centrally located in Nexton. Our check-in was delayed by 30 mins due to cleaners still at the property. Parking is a real challenge as it is a large apartment complex. The unit is on the ground floor with an outside door. Traffic noise can be heard inside during peak travel times and when cars race down the main road behind the complex. The photos that were provided during our check-in did not match what we had. Some decorating was still in the process of being done, but...

"The property was extremely clean and functional. My husband worked in this area for around two months. This provided him his own little house. The area is beautiful and it is a short walk to the lake, but you can see if from the front porch. My son and I went for a visit and we loved it. It was very quiet and comfortable..The owner was very nice and super helpful. He checked on my husband during his lengthy stay. Great little diamond hidden in the area!"

"This was such a disappointment. We had no Thermostathad to be control from the main house. 2. Luke warm showers and Terrible shower pressure ?3. The nail in the coffin was the smell of rotten eggs !! No where in the description of this property did it disclose that it didn't have a thermostat and it would smell like rotten eggs and the water was terrible. I see that they are selling the property , So I don't know if this will help any other renters."

"The apartment was on the 3rd floor the occupants on the floor above us were terribly loud morning and night. The apartments are inside like a hotel, as you walk down the hall after you get off the elevator the smell of Marijuana was so strong. There were two little boys who played kick ball is the inclosed hallway kicking the ball at the walls so loudly I had to ask them to please be a little quieter they also had hoverboards that they were riding up and down the halls screaming and playing. "My 5-year-old son and I stayed here for a week and had a great time! This property is in a beautiful apartment complex that comes with lots of great amenities! The grounds were beautiful, neighbors were nice and quiet, and the property is in a very clean, safe area of town. Restaurants, coffee, gas station, cute shops, small businesses, and Walmart are all close by. The owners were very accommodating and great at communicating.
