Enjoy countless outdoor adventures just minutes from your stay! Nearby Rainbow and Woodland Lakes offer great fishing and boating experiences, while Sunrise Ski Resort is just a 30-minute drive. If you love hiking or mountain biking, or simply enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather, there's a trail for you!

You will love the warm and cozy feeling the moment you walk in! Recently updated to provide the most comfortable stay for our guests. Spend time with family and friends in the large family room around the glow of the gas fireplace. Enjoy meals and play games in the dining room - or take advantage of our great Arizona weather and strike up the BBQ to relax on the back deck.

We are pet friendly and welcome your well-behaved 4-legged family members to our cabin and fully fenced back yard.

A delightful house in a superb location! Eddie's Country Store has dynamite steaks and the house a great grill. Not to mention only 5 minutes to the best restaurant in Pinetop: Charlie Clark's.And beautiful hiking trails abound!

Our fam of 5 needed to escape the heat of Phoenix and this was the perfect stop for us. Wonderfully located (central, yet tucked in), Julie’s home had everything we needed and more. The kids didn’t want to leave…always a sign of a great time. 10/10 would stay here again!

We frequent Pinetop Lakeside often to escape the summer heat. This cabin was a perfect size and great location. It is close enough to lakes for fishing and grocery stores for items we needed. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

What a great time we had at this cozy cabin in the pines. It was a dog friendly place WITH a fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog. The host was very prompt with all of her responses and a delight to deal with. The cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and will return.

Anniversary long weekend with pups
We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cabin in Pinetop celebrating our wedding anniversary. While the kitchen appliances are older and outdated, the cabin is clean and well stocked. We didn’t cook at all and had take out. We traveled with our two dogs that enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We loved having our morning coffee outside by the fire pit. We enjoyed long walks in the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this cabin in Pinetop.

Great house!
Stayed there with my family and another family for new years eve. Check in was easy, house was well equipped, cozy and clean. Neighborhood is great, lots of vacation homes, quiet as can be. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for great value in a beautiful area. Pinetop was absolutely beautiful and we got to experience a good 10" of snow. The house is about a half hour from sunrise ski resort. Communication with the host was great and finding the house and getting in was easy.

This place came as advertised. It was very clean and cozy and in a very friendly neighborhood. Owner instructions were clear and reasonable. Plenty of back up towels and linens. Any questions we had were quickly answered via text. We spent most of our time in the back yard that was completely enclosed. The place was pet friendly so there were no concerns of them escaping. We would definitely stay there again. Great set up.

Loved the fully fenced backyard full of pine trees, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, such a great way to take our pups on vacation. All of the spaces in the home were very comfortable, for 2 of the five nights my cousins stayed and 5 adults were very comfortable. We found everything we needed and loved our 3-5 mile daily walks around the neighborhood and nearby forest. Icing on the cake was the stable just up the road where we enjoyed a great ride also through the forest.

Cute and Relaxing!
My husband and I rented this home for 9 days. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home has everything you need to make your stay just perfect. The beds are comfortable and towels are thick and soft. We especially loved the backyard chairs and firepit. Our daughter and 2 granddaughters came up for the weekend and we relaxed in the backyard. At night we lit the firepit and made smores. We also loved that we could bring our dog and we took him for long morning and afternoon walks. Julie was pleasant to communicate with and had quick responses to any needs or questions. Great fun get away!! Thank you for the wonderful stay! :)

Cozy home in the pines
We recently spent 4 nights at this property. The house, which was exceptionally clean when we arrived, is located on the south end of Pinetop in a quiet, forested neighborhood with larger sized lots (neighbors are close, but there is some distance between homes). Very peaceful and rather quiet. Our old pup that went on the trip with us is too frail and arthritic to go on walks anymore, but the neighborhood is perfect for walks with or without a dog, and we saw many folks doing just that. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever pots/pans/utensils we needed to make some decent meals. Owner communication was great! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, budget friendly place to stay while visiting the Pinetop area.

Loving Pinetop!
Very Nice property, location is perfect, quiet neighborhood that is close to most everything one would need. We stayed for 3 weeks, wonderful escape from the Valley. First and foremost, Julie Sommerfeld! the absolute best property manager we have encountered in 9 years renting thru VRBO. Attentive, professional, always available to handle any little issue. Her response time to texts is amazing. The cabin/home is a nice little retreat in a wooded area that offers a lot of peace & quiet. We had all that we needed and plenty of space. The listing doesn't note that they have fans and in June/July you surely do need them. In this case they have plenty. Loved our time and enjoyed all the area had to offer. We would definitely return in the future.

Nice property in Pinetop Country Club, I love the country club atmosphere- it's just peaceful. Easy Access to the home- with self check in. Couches were comfy for watching movies, Masterbed was comfortable (only bedroom we used). Bathroom clean and hot plenty of hot water and towels. Kitchen had most things that were needed for cooking ( but I love to cook so I require more than the avg person. LOL). A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen dishes. Pots and Pans were well loved. Pots and pans were greasy- so I had to wash before I used them, and there was a full load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher- which was a bit of a pain- but such is life and I didn't let it ruin my fun. Backyard was fully fenced so my puppies enjoyed hanging out there. There was corn hole availabe- we just didn't use it, there was a grill as well, and a propane fire pit to sit around. The wind was blowing while we were there and enjoyed listening to the rustling pine trees. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. A round or two of golf was play and the CC golf club. In Pinetop itself- we enjoy Wine Mountain's live music, Pinetop Olive oil- olive oils & vinegar ( the 18 year aged is amazing so are all the flavors), we enjoyed the flavors of Hungry Buffalo ( not the service- we had a 3 course meal and we were in and out in 27 mins flat- a bit stressful), Family fun park- had a cute little mini golf course (customer service was rude and they rip you off by making you buy there card to put money on with your cc- so they can immediately take it off to purchase golf and don't disclose it to you, and can't answer questions when asked about it other than- we don't take cc... really you used my cc- to put money on the card......); Grocery store was just like 7-10 minutes down the road, Long wongs bar was fun and delicious- while food was slow ( big party ahead of us) server was upfront about long wait, and he was on top of his game, oh and pinetop brewing has the most delicious gluten free pizza!

Enjoyable Stay on Palomino Drive
The house worked very well for my husband and me, and our 2 King Charles Cavalier Spaniels. We also enjoyed hosting 2 friends for 3 nights during our stay. The back yard set up was a real plus. All the amenities we needed were included, and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book this house again if it was available. Our only suggestion is that the information provided by the host provide more clearly that trash should not be put out for the city's regular weekly pickup but rather the host should be contacted if trash pickup is needed during your stay. This would be particularly helpful for stays over a week, such as ours.

This property is in a good location and was fine for me and my dog for a week. The fenced back yard is great. But the property needs some TLC. You can tell when a place has no one in charge ever living there. The rug in the kitchen should have been thrown away long ago. Other rugs seemed dirty as well. The kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned out and organized. Both my friend and i injured our feet when we tripped over the platform for the wood stove. The oven still works but it has to be 20 years old. Bathrooms could use an update.
