Great Place
This was an exceptional rental property. The house was very clean and cheery. The house had two covered decks which we really enjoyed. Having air conditioning was a big plus. Location was quiet and well kept, but was not very close to town. We would definitely try to stay here again, when in Pinetop.

Love this quaint house. It has everything you need, is super dog friendly and located in a great neighborhood where you can enjoy the morning cool air on a walk! Highly recommend this property! P.S. The property manager is super friendly and responsive.

Cute comfy and clean!
This was the perfect vacation rental. Split bedroom floor plan which was perfect for my husband, myself and two adult daughters. We all brought our dog, so three dogs as well. They loved all the new smells in the fenced backyard. They had a gas grill (we didn’t use, a little cold still) cornhole, large jenga, gas fire table and comfortable patio furniture. The table was the perfect size for playing games, and direct tv and nice couch and chairs to relax on. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Backed up to a common area of some sort so very private at the back. Nice neighborhood to walk in which we did every day. Highly recommend. Will stay again. Well maintained. Clean. Huge back deck.

Beautiful place
We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was beautiful and very clean inside. Fully stocked kitchen and my husband really enjoyed watching football on the back deck. The host was quick to respond and very kind. The neighborhood was lovely and we enjoyed walks at night. This is one of my fav places to stay now when in town. We will definitely be back again!

Best vRBO we have ever stayed in
This is a remarkable property with expansive decks to enjoy the outdoors. This is very pet friendly with a big backyard that is fenced. Plenty of seating outside with grill, fire pit, and even a TV. The kitchen was very well, equipped and stocked. It is very clean. We will stay here again. The owner was very responsive and all instructions were easy to follow. Thank you for a great time.

Great little house in the woods
The cabin was just as described. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The patios are lovely. It rained two of the afternoons we were there and we just sat out on the patio all afternoon! They have comfortable furniture out there which was really nice. We brought our two dogs with us and they enjoyed the cool mountain weather. If you're bringing dogs, make sure you email the owners to let them know and they will tell you how to pay for the pet fee - VRBO doesn't add that in.

Amazing trip to Pinetop
We had a great experience staying at this house. It has everything you need to optimize a great week relaxing in cooler weather. It was VERY clean and well appointed. We loved hanging out on both the front porch and back patio. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our family dog to roam around safely. Neighbors are very friendly and we loved walking the neighborhood each morning. The owners were VERY responsive to answer questions. We already rebooked for another trip! Highly recommend.

This is an exceptional VRBO-one of the best we’ve stayed at. It’s quiet, comfortable, clean and well stocked, with lots of attention to nice details— soaps, shampoo, lotion, condiments, books, games, etc. Our pup loved the fenced yard and deck. The neighbors are fantastic, too! We can’t wait to return in August.

Thanksgiving in the Pines
Our family of five enjoyed a Thanksgiving getaway in this cozy cabin! Cabin was clean and kitchen was well stocked with extra tools for cooking. We were five adults and we had plenty of space in bedrooms, and common areas. The back porch was a treat! The morning sun warmed the space perfectly as we ate breakfast & watched a holiday movie on the outside TV. We definitely will add this home to our list when visiting Pinetop!

Just Plain Excellent Place to Stay
Owner has no control over weather but it's neat to report the weather was just GREAT ! The home was just as advertised, nice condition with all the stuff needed just like at home, i.e. kitchen appliances, all food prep things and all serving arrangements. Pots and pans better than at our home. Everything works just fine. Surprised to find it very cool so we used the heater just a little bit (59 degress one night) and because we are technical "roobs", had a little difficulty setting the temp with one of those newer auto/setting temp. wall controllers. Home is supplied with EVERYTHING. Beds comfortable, linens top grade. We took our own pillows as we prefer soft down type pillows. Take your own if you want softer......lots of pillows provided but they are of the firm pillow type. Bathrooms were complete and clean. Everything is clean. Carpets have a few spots from pets and we did have our two dogs but they are well-trained to use the large pet door provided in the home. Importantly, NO pet odors. We found the home in great shape and we left it in great shape. Maids arrived moments after our 10 AM checkout. We had absolutely no problem getting in at the check-in time of 4 PM on the day of arrival. The owner was excellent to deal with and we checked in with them during our stay with a simple question which the owner addressed immediately. Outside TV worked great although we are new to Dish TV. All kinds of access to programming, more than we can handle. If you have difficultly using three or four steps to access a home, we advised this home, like all forest homes, is set above grade as are all mountain homes due to winter and summer snow/rain. THIS HOME IS AN EXCELLENT SHORT-TERM RENTAL STAY OR LONGER IF YOU ARE SO INCLINED. WE WILL DEFINTELY ASK FOR THIS RESIDENCE ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO PINETOP./LAKESIDE, WHAT MORE CAN WE SAY ABOUT OUR TOTAL SATISFACTION! Thanks for this opportunity to evaluate our stay.

Hands down best ABB stay ever! Comfy King bed, sparkling clean, close enough to stores but far enough to enjoy breezes thru the trees. Fenced for dogs, and a gtray path right out the gate for walks. Amazing front and back porches, you will not be disappointed!

A Little Bit of Heaven
Our stay was amazing. The home is beautifully appointed. It has every convenience one can imagine. It is spotless. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It has plenty of privacy. The front and back porches are a treat for taking advantage of the gentle breezes and for watching the local wildlife. It is close to town and the wonderful PineTop Bakery. We hope to return.
