This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet Cul-de-sac great for kids with tall ponderosa pine trees. The half acre private lot is fenced to accommodate pets. The house has a rustic feel to match the beautiful White mountains surrounding it. Your will be close to hiking, skiing, fishing, lakes, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

The space is very spacious and completely furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances needed to ensure you can enjoying cooking while vacationing. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with lots of dresser and closet space. The bathroom off the master has a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms have a queen sized bed with dresser and closet space as well. They share a bathroom in the hall that has a bathtub/shower. All the rooms have a TV. Bedding and towels are provided along with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The Livingroom has very comfortable furniture with a TV. The den has a pool table and game table to enjoy. The yard is fenced with two separate yards. Pets are welcomed to both sides of the yard. Internet/Wifi is provided for the property as well. Parking available for multiple vehicles. Large front porch and large back deck with seating.

Disclaimer -
This is an older home. It was built in 1971. It has had some upgrades but there are a few more that we are working on. We wanted to share our beautiful home and mountain with guests right away and work on those upgrades throughout the year. All upgrades are purely cosmetic however, if you come across any issues during your stay, we will be available 24/7 to rectify the issue. The house DOES NOT have A/C but there will be fans provided in every room and the house is full of windows with a wonderful cross breeze.

PEACEFUL AND QUIET
Nice setting in a good neighborhood...saw plenty of birds and squirrels, and 5 deer. The cabin was very clean and well organized. Convenient for shopping and restaurants, and our favorite Safeway chain of markets. There are 50 lakes in the White Mts area, and we managed to visit 5....Should also mention friendly neighbors.

Winter birthday getaway.
I reserved this cabin for a birthday celebration based on previous stays here. It just feels like home. The cabin has everything we need and is conveniently located. For this trip, even the weather cooperated and we were able to play in the snow. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It is very pet friendly, and was perfect for a family! It was well stocked with amenities, and we needed nothing while staying there. The pool table and card games were a huge hit with our family!

A wonderful cabin.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Although the temps were well above normal for the White Mountains, and this cabin had no A/C, a portable cooler made staying more comfortable. Windows open and fans in the evening was perfect. Our grandkids loved the pool table. Our only complaint was the bed in the master. My wife and I are in our 70's and because of how high the mattress on the bed was it was nearly impossible to climb onto it without some kind of step stool. I'm fairly tall and found it difficult getting into the bed but did so. My wife is 5'1" and ended up spending the entire week sleeping on the couch because she couldn't get onto the mattress. Other than that, the cabin is nicely located, right around the corner from a Safeway and numerous restaurants. We've been camping and fishing in the area for over 50 years. With the fenced yard for our old, blind, deaf beagle available, this is one of the nicer cabins we've rented in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors very friendly. Everyone waves whether they know you or not.

Perfect location and perfect house in the Pines
We stayed at this house for a family snowboarding trip and it was perfect!! Even though there was a huge blizzard while we were there the host had the house set up perfectly for us to entertain ourselves and our dogs loved it!! Communication was great and we would love to stay there again in the future

Quiet getaway
This is the second time we have stayed here to celebrate dad's birthday. There is enough room for all of us. The neighborhood is so quiet and the weather was wonderfully cool. This location is definitely our favorite in the Pinetop area.

We had such a great time here! Fantastic wildlife viewing, so clean and comfortable. We had a mishap and the snow had not been plowed before our arrival but Elizabeth was quick to respond and take care of us. Attentive and on it! Can’t wait to come back!

Quick trip to the pines
The entire experience was very pleasant. The booking, the communication with the owner, the cleanliness of the home/property and of course the weather. Everything you need is available with regards to kitchen supplies, linens and even toiletries. I worked there for the week and never had an issue with the wifi. Its not far from the heart of Pinetop, we had a grocery store and restaurants in our immediate area but still felt far enough away from from it all to enjoy the peace and quiet. Most importantly we felt safe. We're looking forward to visiting again, soon!

Nice house!

Great stay in Pinetop-Lakeside
We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. We have two dogs and chose this place for the fenced yard and its proximity to the woods, trails and lakes. The house sits at the edge of the forest and several lakes are nearby. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The home was as described--older, cozy and comfortable. It was very well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. It was wonderful to walk out the front door, cross the road and be on trails in just minutes. The house is also close to a grocery store and dining spots. We did visit during a near "heat wave" and had some discomfort with the warmth in the house on the first day. Our host, Elizabeth, responded quickly to our concern and provided a cooling unit that turned things around. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay
My wife and I spent 24 days in June at this nice house and our granddaughter joined us for 11 of those days. Each of the three bedrooms have closets along with dressers with many drawers for storage. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen is remarkably well stocked. Best of all, there is a large family room with a pool table and a game table, along with board games, cards, and dominoes. It was great fun playing numerous games of pool with our granddaughter. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street, yet is within 5 minutes of the Safeway, the movie theater, and good restaurants such as Darbi's Cafe and Pinetop Brewing Company. There are many windows with screens so it was easy to cool down the house at night, and our cat loved looking out at the pine trees and birds. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Dad's birthday getaway.
My husband and I have stayed at this cabin before and this time our family was able to join us. There was plenty of room for everyone. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to a lot of activities in the Pinetop area. We all had a great vacation and it was a memorable birthday trip. A restful stay
Our experience at this property was very peaceful and calming. It is located in a very quiet area. It was well appreciated by our canine companion and really simplified travel with him. Great way to ring in the New Year!
We had a great time and enjoyed the snow! The pool table was a hit with my teens and my parents! There were also many board games available. The kitchen was well stocked. Elizabeth was not only quick answering my questions but also provided up-to-date weather and road conditions prior to our arrival as well as the day of our departure!

We just stay at this property as soon we got there we felt at home. The kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable. We brought our dogs and they had enough room to run. Relaxing getaway
We had an amazing time. The description said the cabin had a well stocked kitchen. But just to make sure I had a crockpot, I brought mine along and then we found 2 crockpots in the cabinets. And there were more spices than I keep in my home so we lacked nothing. I loved the pool table, haven't been able to play in a decade or more. Our dog enjoyed running around in the yard and we took a walk around the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.
