If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring Vacay Getaway
This was a perfect place to spend time with family and to enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Close to fun holiday activities and parks, but away from the hustle and bustle. Love the privacy and nature, and the peace and quiet. Was a very enjoyable spring vacation getaway with the family.

Cool in the Pines
Great family home. Comfortable beds, great family room, big kitchen, fabulous neighborhood. We loved it and want to come again. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and TV with video games in their room!!!

We took our kids to ski at Sunrise for the weekend. House is adequately equipped and has a fenced in yard. We would stay here again. Easy check-in and exit process. Very clean.

Thanksgiving 2023
Family of 6 adults & 2 children. 2 dogs Perfect setup for the little ones too! Stayed in bedroom majority of time watching movies. Loved the pool table. Enjoyed by all! Woke day after Thanksgiving to snow!

House was great and indeed dog friendly! Good location and layout for our needs. Only giving a 3 star rating because we found the house was showing a lot of wear and tear and in need of some maintenance. In addition, the BBQ grill was very dirty and when we started it up to grill, we had a small grease fire going - somewhat dangerous. We turned it off and had to clean it - not what we would expect for the cost of this property.

The Good Bad & Ugly
The Good - Pool Table was enjoyed a lot. The Bad - Only 3 chairs had seat cushion on a deck with 6 chairs. The garage refrigerator never made ice or ran drinking water. TV was nice in the living room but it would have been better with Direct or Dish satellite. Ugly - Trying to figure out the operation of the front door in the bright sun after driving for 4 hours.Change that to a Key lock box.

Beautiful place perfect for two families
Everything was very good! Nice neighborhood, paved streets, good for dog-walking. House is spacious with nice fron and back porches. Back yard is fenced adequately to keep most dogs safely inside. Dining table with space for 10, as well as bed space for that many. Location is East of town and very quiet. Other than a minor front door lock issue at check-in (if code doesn't seem to work, pull door handle toward you and retry), and one problem stove burner that wouldn't light (may just need to be reassembled; we didn't use it), nothing to report.

Our family has 3 generations traveling with 2 dogs and this property checks all the boxes for grandparents, parents, and kids. Configuration of the house, ability to cook and BBQ, quiet neighborhood walks, proximity to golf, horseback riding, etc. was excellent. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a vacation rental. Customer service and local Vacasa team was very responsive and went the extra mile and helped make this a wonderful family vacation. Already looking forward to rent again next summer!

Nice getaway
Beautiful home. Clean and nice with lots of space. Pool table was a nice diversion. Fenced yard was perfect for tow dogs (although our Chiweenie found a way through the gate. Also coyotes nearby so I wouldn’t leave the smaller dogs out.) Kitchen was excellent with high quality cooking gear. Big table for larger group.

Beautiful, cozy, clean and excellent location
We absolutely loved everything about this cabin. It was beautiful, clean and the location was excellent. Our family enjoyed having Thanksgiving here and look forward to coming back next year.
