Great Stay!
The condo was terrific! Conveniently located in Pinehurst on a main artery in the community, you're within minutes of most golf courses, old town Pinehurst, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean, well maintained and equipped with new appliances. Best of all, our host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. I highly recommend this unit and this host, and I will definitely come back!

Great Location But Needs Work
Location is fantastic. There are a few issues. Two electric outlets had loose wiring inside making them inoperative until "wiggled" and one had too low voltage to operate a laptop. The throw rug in the living room is a tripping hazard. All the furniture backs are low so there really is no support for the upper body. The place really needs a deep cleaning because there are cobwebs on the upper ceilings and along the fireplace plus lots of dirt in the floor corners. The washing machine and dryer are nice to have but the washing machine is very loud. When the wind blows there is a lot of noise from the chimney cap that resonates inside the unit. The microwave is another nice feature but be recognize it is very small (700 watts) with a tiny interior. There are a few pots/pans but no frying pan. Finally, the smoke detectors seemed inoperative. Again, great location with sleep space for 5.

Perfect house for quick access to both downtown Pinehurst and Southern Pines. House was large enough for group or just the two of us. Beautiful location in quiet neighborhood just off main hwy to Pinehurst golf and dining. Would stay again.

Perfect Location
This two bedroom (3 bed) unit also has a pullout (4th bed) in the common area upstairs. It is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The location is centralized so it’s extremely easy and quick to anywhere/anything in the Pinehurst or Southern Pines area. Communication with our host, Thomas was great. We look forward to staying here again when we’re back in the area
