Ideal location for golfing, shopping, dining, and entertainment (5 min to Village of Pinehurst and 10 min to Southern Pines). Let the kiddos enjoy the Camelot playground and The Splash Pad, along with many other kid activities minutes away.
Newly renovated and spacious 3 BR/2 BA condo. Located on the second floor, this immaculate and tasteful unit has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Relax on the balcony, where you can watch golfers play and enjoy the beautiful views with a beverage of your choice.
The living room and all of the bedrooms have Smart TVs with access to streaming apps, along with Spectrum Cable TV. Spectrum Wi-Fi included. The spacious master bedroom is complete with a private bathroom and home office area. A stackable washer/dryer is available for smaller loads of laundry.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway. It includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, a toaster, a microwave, cookie sheets, cookware, dishes, flatware, and essential cooking utensils.

Worked well for us
We were in town for junior golf tournament at Longleaf which was about 15 min drive. Unit was very clean, furniture was comfortable and the hosts were great with communication. The condos in that entire area are somewhat older looking as far as outside, but this particular unit was nicely updated and well stocked. Also like that it is 2nd floor unit so no noise from people above you. Would stay again when in the area.

Golfing & connecting in Pinehurst
The condo was very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook in and nice view on the deck watching golfers pass by. Beds were comfortable & all linens & towels in great condition. Best of all.. it was close to The Village of Pinehurst & Pinehurst golf.
