"This is an older property with some nice 1960s charm. I promise, it has been renovated. It’s clean and set back from the highway, among a few other hotels. I could walk to a convenience store. The office is up front in a separate building. They honored my request for a first floor room. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe here. Thank you"

"What a stunning place to relax after driving 10 hours from the Great White North. The hiking trail along the river offers a few surprises. Wish we had time to explore more and hike a few more trails. We are glad that we found this gem. The cabin we stayed at was spacious, nicely maintained and has mostly what we needed for a comfortable stay."

"My family gathered for Christmas in KY this year. Our host Dave was amazing. We had everything we needed to celebrate. The house was decorated and the kitchen had every imaginable necessity to cook some big meals. To say the kitchen was well stocked is an understatement. Dave was personable and attentive and had great suggestions for dinner and Christmas Eve service. If we travel in the area again and need a big house for all of us we all agree we would stay there again. The surrounding area was great for hiking and exploring."
