The large enclosed grass courtyard is great for children! High Speed Wireless Internet is provided! Free Long Distance Phone Service anywhere in the US. Hi Speed Wireless Internet is available through the complex!

Ground Level: Living & Dining Area has a private fenced-in patio. Kitchen has a microwave & dishwasher. Half Bath.

Level One: Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a flat screen TV and a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has 2 Queen Beds with a flat screen TV. (both bedrooms share a bath).

Additional Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Oceanfront Parking at Front Door. Living Area has a 42" Flat Screen TV.
