"The property was really better than good, but not excellent because of the metal spiral staircase. The property is well appointed with all you need in kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were temperapedic style mattress and comfortable. The pillows were not as comfortable. The location is great. The manager was accommodating. I would recommend the home, but with a warning about the staircase."

"Kathleen offered us the best stay we could’ve asked for! She’s the sweetest and truly demonstrates how she cares for her guests. We weren’t too familiar with the area but she offered us plenty of things to do around Woodland Park and how to get to those places. The property was clean and well taken care of, with no issues during our stay. If you’re planning on taking a vacation or just a quick getaway I recommend the bunkhouse. You won’t be disappointed!"

"My brother, a friend, and I stayed here for a winter vacation. It was perfectly located between Denver airport and winter park where we had rented snowmobiles one day. The town of Idaho Springs has so much to offer with cute shops and restaurants. We even checked out the Indian hot springs one evening which was unique.
