"The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! The room was bigger than expected, the coffee was good and there were even complementary drinks in the minibar, something you don’t see often nowadays but makes you feel so much more welcome. A huge compliment for the staff! We will definitely come...

"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. They even showed us to our room and asked if it didn’t meet our expectations, we could look at another room. The room was a suite with a lovely sitting room and gorgeous view of the lake.
