"The best thing about this hotel is its location, The room I have is very noisy, the bed was tidy and clean but not comfortable. I booked a room for £125 online but ended up paying £135 at the hotel as the owner has his own change rate. will never stay there again."

"Good service, helped us check in and guided on what to so. Platform bed was in bad condition with rails falling. Overall, just a night stay is ok. It had common kitchen, so not what I wanted. Bathroom was in the room, but smelly. Room was OK. Not worth what I paid, but none other was available either at that time for cheaper price. "

"First off, great location. Heart of District V and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. at the doorstep. Very touristy area but great access to plenty of sight seeing. The room is tucked away where you get quiet. Good room for bare minimum needs. However, we went in a nice heat wave and there’s no AC in the room. No breeze as the room is tucked inside a building. WiFi was not working and our signal was weak in the interior. One towel for your stay and no cleaning. Other than that, I...

"Convenient location. Dark alleyway to go into the apartment and waited very long for the manager to arrive. Bathroom shower drain is blocked, lights broken, bed sheet is dirty."

"Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

"Location was excellent. The room was OK, basic reasonably clean. The guy on reception (sorry didn't get your name) was lovely. Communal area of the building were run down, could say this added to the character of the building. Room cleaned daily towels changed on request. Coffee machine in reception, none in room, but plenty of cafes close by. Breakfast is in a cafe 5 minutes walk away. This was basic and service was mixed, fine for 2 of the days not good on the last. "Apartment is in a great location with lots of good restaurants and bars around and within easy walking distance of all we wanted to see and do. It was generally clean with comfy beds and sofa but there were a few things which need attention. One of the shower doors was loose and a few areas in the bathroom and kitchen were not quite as clean as the rest. Still, we were generally hapoy with our stay."
