"We were able to upgrade to the executive lounge for a nominal fee and it was worth it. The staff there bent over backwards to serve us. The food options were perfect for a full breakfast or for appetizers in the evening. The Guest Relations team under Maica (Teody, Kylie, Chef Nica) even gave my husband some pastries and balloon for his bday. Now that's service! We also had a family reunion at the buffet and it was outstanding. The staff was patient as some of our relatives were delayed. We've stayed at this Marco Polo several times over the years and the property continues to be well maintained and pristine. We'll return again!"

"Great for one night stay. The check in process could've been a bit better. I was waiting for a good 20 minutes to get my key. It would also be good if there was a water dispenser on each level so you didn't have to always go to reception to fill up water. But great amenities around the area. "

"Two night stay with our family before leaving the Philippines. Eric was very attentive and responsive. Very helpful with any questions. Even with helping reserve a grab to the airport (much cheaper than private transport) Walking distance to many good restaurants and mall shopping. Not much else to walk to in the area that we could find. Landers grocery next door is membership only but food options on the outskirts here as well. There is no elevator to the lobby, so carrying large luggage up the stairs is not ideal for those that will not be able to carry. The view at night is awesome! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. "
