"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Bei uns war es ein spontan-Trip. Wir sind begeistert vom Gesamtpaket. Es war ein sehr erholsames Wochenende. Personal war sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit war top und der Rest war auch super. Immer wieder gerne!"

"Älteres Hotel aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Essensauswahl zum Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Das Schwimmbad war sauber, Wasser war schön warm und ausreichend groß. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden, aber wir hatten Glück 🙃 Einziges Manko war die Schlafcouch. Das Möbel sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß ist vom Hotel aus alles erreichbar. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"Hi, My overall stay was superb. Staff members were having smiling face. Breakfast could have been better and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Last day after check out they allowed me to put the luggage in the hotel for free. Loved Szczecin because of staying here. Everything was well connected and closer to the hotel."

"Baltic Amber is a VERY unique place. Its location is PREMIERE, access to private beach is totally unreplaceable. Hotel itself leave a lot to be desired, the main problem is LACK OF AIR CONDITIONNING, which at todays age of global warming is a big NO NO! What compensate this is unbelievable management. "A newly renovated modern, apartment type hotel in the center of the city. Located in an older style XIX century building. Close to everything. Check-in and out without a problem, done within a second. Bottle of wine as a welcome gift. However, the street is noisy because of streetcars running in front of the windows. To protect your ears you get earplugs :) I survived without using them. I recommend this hotel!"
