This first floor penthouse has contemporary style and all modern comfort: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen equipped with all appliances, a comfortable living room that opens onto the terrace, air conditioning, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine. ..
The best: the large furnished solarium, with pergola and barbecue, which allows sunbathing and eating outdoors all year. The apartment is south facing, ideal for the autumn / winter season.
Released in 2019, the Higuericas Costa urbanization has 2 swimming pools, playgrounds and ample green area. All new, just released.

Excellent location and lovely apartment. Weather warm and sunny, pool chilly but still okay to swim. Beautiful site. Lovely restaurant on the beach close by.
