"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. "The apartment is in a great location. It overlooks the river with beautiful views of the city. It’s in a quiet building in a residential area, close to supermarkets, parks and best of all the Segura River. It’s a short walk from the cathedral and other historical sites. The photos don’t do it justice. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. The only slight problem is that the electricity cuts out occasionally. "
