A adorable pet friendly, fully stocked cottage that sleeps 6. The location is 5 minutes from the North entrance to Fall Creek Falls! We try to provide as much as possible so you don't have to stress. We also do not charge a pet fee. We always hated having to board ours or have to pay fees on top of fees. This raised cottage sits on private wooded 2 acres in a quiet neighborhood. Our most popular feature is our firepit area which has seating for 8 so you can have friends staying in the park stop by for dinner or drinks!

Family getaway
This was a wonderful house to stay in for our family getaway. Only minutes away from Fall Creek Falls State Park, it was easy to go out and hike and see the falls for the day and then come back and relax.

This was the perfect place to get away for 4 days. It was clean, looked just like the pictures. It was rainy for 2 days, but we just stayed inside and played games and relaxed.

Plenty of space for the two of us and dog friendly. Super close to the entrance to Falls Creek Falls State Park and a short drive to Rock Island and Cumberland Mountain state parks, too.

Perfect for our elopement
The owner was immediately responsive to all messages which helped us feel supported throughout our stay. We went to the waterfalls for an elopement and the property was so close to the state park! It made getting in and out to hike and sight see so easy!

Perfect Stay
We loved our short getaway to this area! The cottage was wonderful, and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. We hope to plan a trip here each year. We spent our days at Fall Creek Falls, and we came back to the cottage to enjoy games and relaxing until it was time to explore different restaurants for supper each night. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day after all the hiking we did! The fire pit was so nice too!

Cute little place, plenty of room. Wrap around deck with great views. The street literally dead ends into Fall Creek Falls state park, so the location was perfect. Very reasonable check-out instructions/requirements, unlike many other places I have stayed. Will rent again.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Host
I booked for a group of three, and, not only was it in a gorgeous location, the host was extremely kind, responded quickly to messages, and very accommodating. Everything was well maintained and clean! This was my first experience with Vrbo, and I can't say I'm disappointed in the slightest. Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip! ♡

A wonderful dog friendly hiking retreat!
The property was as described in the listing with everything you would need for a long weekend or week long trip! The porch was absolutely perfect to enjoy the beautiful fall weather! It is basically around the corner from an entrance to Falls Creek Falls state park and within decent driving distance to other parks to hike! Our dogs absolutely loved exploring the yard (under our supervision) and the owner was kind enough to let us bring all 4 of our pups (something usually unheard of for any rental property!) The charcoal grill was great and the hottub was perfect to relax sore muscles from hiking all day! Would definitely stay here again!!

Extremely relaxing and beautiful location
This location could not have been more perfect for the pause on life getaway for me and my wife. Aside from the rare loud vehicle traveling down the adjacent highway, the surroundings and environment was very serene. The furnishings were very comfortable and the covered porch were a peaceful way to spend our time. Even though there were many games we could play, including darts and a full size shuffleboard area, we spent the majority of our time lounging on the sofa or swing on the porch and around the fire pit. The only piece of constructive criticism I can offer is to have the microwave fixed/replaced. Aside from that, we have found a great location to take a time out on life.

The smell was more than we could stand. The location was far from private. This 1960's home in really close to the highway and has less than stellar properties around it. The idea of fully stocked would be great if it didn't appear to be leftovers from the last visitors. The owner Caroline Conover will not communicate with me for a refund. I'm typically easy to please. This place was a total scam...

Peaceful, perfect location, surrounded by nature, away from the world.
1/4 mile from Falls Creek Falls State Park (Tennessee's most beautiful falls). Plenty of hiking, and fishing (rentable boats). Golf if you want it. The house is perfect with everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. Raised off the ground, surrounded by green, quiet (except nature), all the amenities. Great for just family time or friends. Host was nice and accommodating. We are definitely returning for a stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was exactly as posted on the site. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. We loved all of the Halloween and fall decorations to make us feel at home.

the house is older and has a few maintenances issues. microwave out, plyers for a handle on the dryer no biggy but there is 2 large dead limbs hanging over the outdoor fire pit. made me nervous. this is dangerous and needs taken care of !! i still give 5 stars just an awsome setting
