"We stayed in a self catering cottage. The accommodation had everything we needed, lovely bath and fireplace. It is very cold in Tulbagh in mid-winter, but the bed had cosy blankets. This is a working farm, which was fun to explore with my young son. He enjoyed playing with the farm dogs!"

"We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!"

When I arrived at Reception, I thought I had got the wrong place, but I met Ulrich Onaggi the owner who is charming and he directed me to the right place to park, and then we walked across the lawn to the room, which was huge, and could have been a former barn.
