Between Montpellier and Sète, between sea and river, in the heart of a medieval village, typically Mediterranean, lies my house in a quiet, green setting. Away from the problems of the city, with all the advantages of yesteryear: bakery, butcher's, market-gardener are just a stone's throw away, and at the end of the village, a small supermarket. There's a sense of security in Pignan and free parking. At the end of the street you'll find the Château du Conte de Turenne and its large park with century-old trees.

Entrance is through the patio gate. There's a swimming pool for cooling off, and a large table for summer barbecues under the stars. Climb upstairs to access the living areas. A kitchen opens onto the living room and a large terrace with another dining area, overlooking the garden. For your nights, two bedrooms (beds 160 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm, 100 cm , 90 cm ). The bathroom has a bathtub. Separate WC.

The entrance to your home is at 6 Bis rue de la Chicanette. You can stop in front of the gate to drop off your luggage without parking in front of the neighboring garages. You can then park on rue du Castel, route de Saussan, next to the Cave Coopérative...
