If you're looking for lakefront property and a beautiful view of sunsets on the lake, this is the perfect location. This cottage has a log cabin design on the inside with 1 1/2 baths and sleeps 8. There is also an additional shower in the basement. The cottage comes fully equipped with HD Cable subscription and Wi-Fi. The cottage has a main floor, basement, and an upstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs, one of the main floor. There are two twin beds in the basement. There is also a porch, fire pit, and a charcoal grill.

We enjoyed our stay for Cheeseburger. Has the best view for the sunrise and sunset. Super cute cottage, love that kitchen. Really loved that we were just steps away from the water.

Guys Weekend
We made the trip up to Caseville for our annual guys trip and the house was perfect! This is the second time we have stayed here and for good reason. The host was very accommodating and we will for sure be back again!

Fabulous Stay!
We were in town for the Thumb Coast Ultra and needed someplace to stay for the weekend. The pictures did not do justice to how cute this place is and how beautiful the view of the lake was. Had a fabulous stay and will be coming back if the race happens again next year!

The lake view was stunning and the owners were simply lovely! The cabin was cozy and comfortable with super soft furniture, roomy bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen/dining area and tons of outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The views from the dining room will be missed. Enough of a little beach area for the kids and shallow enough water for us to play. The house had everything we needed and made for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again!

The house and location were perfect. We were on our annual guy's trip to Caseville and finding a place to stay that would fit all of us can be a struggle. The house was just right! Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and the views of the lake were amazing! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great getaway on Saginaw Bay.
Clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more for a great vacation. Beautiful view and convenient location. Good communication. Very quiet during mid September. We hope to visit again some time!

This house had everything needed for our week stay. Spacious house with a very nice kitchen and dining room that over looked the lake. It was a great get-a-way. Lots of outdoor seating and a fire pit to watch the beautiful sunsets, even the sunrise was stunning. Would definitely stay again!

Great communication with owner easy check in and check out. Clean beach area and great location. Everything you could need is within 10 minutes of the house. Parking more than 4 cars could be problematic for some but that's to be expected. Had a great time and enjoyed waking up to beautiful views of the bay would recommend.

Atmosphere was great for 6 goose hunters. Saginaw Bay offered entertainment with Geese swimming by follow by a 4 point deer running down the beach while several migrant flights passing by. The log cabin interior was perfect setting for our trip.

Wonderful home. Perfect for groups or families. Well appointed. Great coffee nook. Safe and lovely neighborhood. Best views you can have. We were lucky enough to see the Northern lights on Lake Huron. Spotless house and very attentive hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend this home. Owners love this home and it shows. We hope to come back.

Nice stay at Sand Point
We really loved the sunrises and sunsets from this location. Loved the little firepit. Beds were solid. Owners were super nice. They were communicative ahead of time. They were open and friendly when showing us around and were able to let us check in a little early. Their home was clean and well-equipped. It was nice than the listing. We all enjoyed our stay.
