Only good thing was room key was available after checkin time. Towels were limited and ones in room were pool towels and a stained regular towel. Staff said I went at a bad time to get towels because they were doing laundry. 2nd day there was NO hot water ! Weather was 46°I was told maintenance man was there or will send to my room. Then I was told oh no everyone is showering! He giggled and said you can use hot tub! Are u frkn kidding!? We are not in a 3rd world country and I paid alot daily for what was offered. Then he said dont complain he wanted to come in my room to check the water wth is that!? He had audacity to say it was not his problem! Well *** it isnt ours either! 2hrs 45 min after waking still no hot water . We checked out and asked if I could at least have a magnetic Smokey Mountains $8.99 refrige ornament for all the inconvenience. He said no but i wont charge taxes lmao what an idiot rather lose patrons than give away what probly cost him pocket change wholesale. The family of 2 runs the entire building. Pool looked murky, place smelled musty, Website was misleading picture of hotel is NOT what it looked like in real life. My balcony view was the red rooftop of the entrance car port.

Very rude! Left my room key under a sign on the front desk. After calling me 5 times because i hadnt made it yet. Then the room i got was not what i reserved. Then told because i got it online at a discount that they couldnt give me that room at a cheaper price. Told me to shut up. Will never go back! Would sleep outside before i sleep here.
