It was off the main road, therefore, it was quiet. My husband enjoyed the breakfast very much. The staff was very friendly and accommadating. The only real problem I had was one night it was cold and I turned up the heat and not sure if it was the blanket on the bed or the heater, but I could smell a dirty smell like the blanket needed to be washed.

We had to change hotels from one in gatlinburg that was run down, dirty and felt unsafe with 3 women and 3 children- not a super 8. The front desk at super 8 was so accommodating to our situation. Ronny (I think was name) went out of his way with kindness. Enjoyed our stay here!

Hotel is good for the price. Location is not the easiest to get in/out of, but it’s off the main road. Parking lot and hotel feel old and run down, but it’s not terrible. Pros: Free breakfast; air conditioning; cheap; pool; good water pressure in shower; has a bathroom fan; elevator Cons: tiny breakfast area and little dining area; AC unit is loud, cuts off and on, and made carpet feel sticky; place feels run down and a bit sketch; some bugs in bathroom; bathroom fan is really loud.

Nice place to stay. It is back off of the main strip so it’s quiet. Breakfast was good. Coffee is available all day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Roaches in room, spent most of time living out of car did not want to take bugs home!! The only breakfast option that changed was sausage links to a different kind of sausage. No potatoes or bacon or French toast sticks. Very plain. Just an overall unhappy experience will not be back

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Needs a lot of updating to the building and rooms. The front desk has a plexiglass shield in front that is cracked and not much of a lobby area. The door to our room looked like it was painted over rust. While using my own hair drier the circuit breaker blew three times so I used theirs. Lights were very dark and not much of a light in the bathroom. I went by all the reviews and ratings to book this place. I got dooped. They have 2 hotels so when one gets filled they move you to the second. Would rather have stayed at the other because it looked much nicer. Learned my lesson and as long as it’s clean that’s the best I can go by. Food in area was not what I expected either. Not much taste, over priced and not worth it. Tourist trap to say the least! If you like extremely busy boardwalks, this is for you.
