The Space:
Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is nestled in the heart of Pigeon Forge, offering a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm.

Our home provides the ideal setting for family gatherings, romantic escapes, or fun-filled adventures with friends. Relax and unwind in the hot tub in the basement under the starry Tennessee sky. There's also a balcony right in front of the living area, perfect for sipping your morning coffee.

Your comfort is our priority in this thoughtfully designed living space. Curl up on the plush sofas, gather around the flat-screen TV for a movie night, or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on a cool evening. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. For entertainment, we have arcade games and high-speed Wi-Fi. Outside, the deck is ideal for soaking in the natural beauty of the mountains. Relax in the hot tub located in the basement, or enjoy a serene moment on the balcony.

(The air hockey table is currently out of commission, and we’ve replaced it with a Pac-Man game. We haven't had a chance to update the photos yet, but we hope you'll enjoy the new amenity.)

The hot tub is conveniently located in the basement for your relaxation.

- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 8 (including children)
- 2 Vehicle max
- NO smoking
- NO drugs
- NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)
- Don't steal stuff, don't break stuff - we will find out
- Be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood

- QUEIT HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
- CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM (NO late check out or early check in. NO exceptions. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge)

- Bears are dangerous
- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us.
We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
