The overall stay and location was good but would definitely stay in a cabin closer to the parking lot next time. The walk to and from the cabin down the board walk and stairs was a little much with our luggage, groceries, etc. The mattress was wore out and not comfortable.

I like the hot tub experience here. Only one thing which i felt difficult with my unit is , it is hard to move things out of my car to the unit. I need to hand carry it as there are steps having wagon did not help.

Retreat in the Hills
We were very pleased with our stay in cabin 10. It is up the hill from Veterans Blvd which gave us easy access to Splash Country, Pigeon Forge attractions, as well as being able to use the back road to get to Sevierville. The cabin was very clean and had all the kitchen and bathroom items we needed for our stay. The owner and the management company were great with communications and instructions. The hot tub was clean and nice. The TV had channels available, with the option of signing in to streaming services. A utility cart is provided to haul items from the car to the cabin, just be prepared for long walks if you forget something! Just to note, once you get close to the cabin, you do not have a ramp to roll the cart, so you'll have to take 5 or so steps to get to the cabin, but that wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely stay again!
