The hotel was just OK. Not worthy of the 4.8 rating. Upon check-in and entering the room. Very drafty and cold in room. Blackout shade in sleeping area not working. After the 2nd day of poor conditions told front desk of issues. Was told GM was not available and had other issues to take care of. GM phoned and left message that he would take care of the issues, but he NEVER compensates for anything on a 3rd party reservations AT ALL.I had reservations for an outing, so I couldn't meet with him. So spent the night of drafty, again. My wife talked to him and he came to the room with maintenance and fixed the issues. Offered a free night, but no compensation for our inconvenience. Could not spend another night, doctor appointments to go to. Water pressure was terrible. Other than that, it is a hotel and I can not honestly recommend staying at this hotel. GM was hospitable, but needs to rethink his policies. Situations require different solutions. NO COMPENSATION EVER to 3rd party reservations is thoughtless and poor customer service.
