The Lodge at Bear Cove Falls Resort

The Lodge at Bear Cove cabin has breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and is located near Dollywood and only 1 mile from the Parkway. You'll be able to hear the Dollywood train from the cabin. With 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, there is enough room for the entire family and then some (cabin can sleep up to 36 depending on if futons are used). Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from cabin deck and then relax in the hot tub with friends! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Included: Internet, Video Games, Flat screen TVs, Resort Pool Access, Pavilion Access, Playground, etc.

A stay in a Bear Cove Falls Resort Pigeon Forge provides your family with a luxurious and spacious custom-designed, just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge attractions and a short drive from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky National Mountains Park. We rented the cabin for 18 family members ranging in age 6yr to 81yr and the layout of the cabin worked perfectly for all of us! The cabin was spacious with plenty of seating. Everyone had their own bed/bath suite which was a must for our family. Beautiful views from the cabin. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to all sorts of attractions! It was even decorated with a Christmas tree for our stay!

We were a group of 29 Ladies ranging from 26 yrs of age to 85 yrs of age. The Lodge at Bears Cove was a Perfect fit for us!! Plenty of table space, Plenty of Recliners and having a bathroom in every bedroom was Awesome!!! We truly had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying in this Cabin!! Core group of friends long weekend in TN mountains. Dollywood was a goal for one day, hiking for another. Spacious lodge enabled each to have their own space and large common area gave us a great place to hang out. easy drive to Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National resort. Two refrigerators gave us the space we needed with such a large group. Great place too stay and take a breath!

Our group of 10 adults & 16 kids had a great stay in this house. The bedroom/bathroom ratio was outstanding, the rooms seemed pretty quiet with doors closed, the host made sure there were extra towels for the pool as well. The shared space encouraged fun group hangs, games and family meals. The hot tub, chair porch and arcade games were nice touches. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions, the AC, location and community pool was great, and we were thankful for the many bear-proof garbages because we filled them all. Important>> Having rented houses many times, we assumed certain items would come with the rental. The amenities listed are literally the only things in the home. Everything else had to be purchased when we got there, including basics like a sink sponge, oven mitts, salt & pepper, coffee filters, any cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet & tissue paper. After long travel, having to buy this level of items for a few day stay was frustrating and expensive. The bbq, coffee maker, remote controls, couches all could use some fixing, but ultimately it was a great house for a large group who wants to create memories together.

The Lodge at Bear Cove was very accommodating for our group of 25 - plenty of bedrooms (with their own bathrooms!), and lots of common space on each floor to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning worked better than expected (so cool and comfortable at night!). The gazebo was a nice surprise that we also enjoyed.

We loved having 111/2 bathrooms, large dining area. The kitchen did not have any oven mitts, or liquid dish soap. A love seat had a back cushion ripped and it had the side frayed with batting showing. I reported it and the night manager, Amy came and took pictures and was fantastic.That didn't effect our stay, it just took some tome to report to make them aware of previous damage. Several family members used the exterior stairs after sunset and commented stair lighting would have been nice. Overall a very nice experience.

Our family stayed here for an extended weekend and it was a great place for our group of 26. The location was great and the cabin had everything we needed. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom which made things easy for everyone. The teens loved the game room and the open concept kitchen and living area was great for meals and just hanging out together. The gazebo area was a nice outdoor space to check out the views. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Good Cabin in Need of Cleaning and Better Response to Needs During Stay
The location is great, but the cabin is in need of a good cleaning and lots of little fixes. Many doors didn’t close properly, a kitchen drawer was broken, the kitchen sink had a bin of nasty water underneath (from an old leak, I guess), blinds were broken, and all the upstairs remotes were missing battery covers. People walking around quickly noticed that the bottoms of their socks were black because the floors were swept but needed a scrubbing. The house wasn’t filthy, and there plenty of extra linens, but it just didn’t look well cared for. A neighboring cabin was so disruptive on our second night that we had to call the security number in the middle of the night, but all they did was tell us to call the police, who were fantastic in responding (twice) but couldn’t do much because only property managers could kick people out. The rental information stressed the quiet hours and fines if we violated, but when we needed help with the drunken, belligerent party of over 100 people who were parking cars everywhere and blocking in 3 other cabins, Security told us they couldn’t do anything because the cabin wasn’t managed by them. We were basically on our own. We also emailed asking for the icy stairs and ramp to be treated, and no one responded, although they emailed me multiple times telling us to drip the faucets. The check-out list was easy, which is often not the case with rental houses, and the fact that they allowed pets was convenient.

Great for weekend work retreat
9 administrators from our company stayed here for a weekend retreat. It was perfect as we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, ample parking, plenty of space. This is great stay for large groups or families. Minutes from all the great things in Pigeon Forge.
