Relaxing Private Hot tub with 2 king bedrooms and 2 bath. Half mile to parkway and walking distance to river to fish or kayak. Half mile to Diner.
Spacious Living room offers leather sectional sofa bed, fireplace, ceiling fans. Large kitchen gives you plenty of room to feed your family. Kitchen comes stock with Keurig and regular coffee makers, crock pot, pots and pans, dishes and flatware.
Both bedrooms have king size beds and 3 smart TV's. Pet Friendly with well behaved animals.

Cozy little cottage
This property is just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Its tucked away on a quiet little street and so easy to access. The cottage is clean and very well stocked with coffee, coffee accessories, a full kitchen with all the utensils, dishes and all the pans you will need for your stay. The furniture is comfortable and if you like firm beds, this is your place. The pillows could be a little fluffier but, there are enough pillows on the beds to stack them up for your comfort. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Julie

The property location was not good. Very dark area with no lighting. Inside the home was clean and well decorated but downstairs glass door had no curtains and was all open. The hot tub area was not clean and the gate to the fence was not secure. Up stairs if you like hard beds then it's for you.

Bronco Stampede Weekend
We went to Pigeon Forge for the Bronco Stampede event at The LeConte Convention Center, and this VRBO rental was perfect! We weren’t far from the event, but we still had privacy and comfort. Definitely recommend this rental

A few days away!
Location was great however there was a strong cigarette smell in the house and my husband is highly allergic. It caused him headaches everyday and made our stay miserable. This property should be listed as a smoking home.

8 out of 10 We arrived 15 minutes early were told 4pm waited until 4:15 for unit to be available. It was quiet, not far from attractions, but uncomfortable bed and pillows. It would be a 10 with a few updates and a deep cleaning. We would stay again

We enjoyed our stay here. It was everything we needed. Quiet location and neighborhood and the Pigeon Forge strip is right around the corner. The kitchen is well stocked.

Beware of Roaches
Pros- nice location, quiet neighborhood and spacious. Hot tub is a 2 person (small) but nice at the end if the day. Cons - Upstairs is HOT no mater what you put the A/C. I can tolerate a lot, but NOT ROACHES and they were all over the kitchen. We did not cook or keep any food in the house. Notified the owner and they were pretty dismissive as if having roaches was a normal thing. They also left a phone number to contact with issues but I never got a response when I reached out.

Great location - perfect for quick getaway
The location is fantastic and central to many attractions and restaurants. The condo is a perfect size for a couple or small family. Kitchen had everything we needed, and love that there were TVs in the bedrooms. Host was fantastic at helping us recover an item left behind! Highly recommended.

Overall the amenities were as they were listed. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was clean. Even though not within walking distance to anything, the location was just of the beaten path and centrally locates to everything on the strip.
